  • Fire Sprinkler Systems/Protection Engineer
    The qualified candidate will be able to design Fire protection systems per code and NFPA in various types of new and existing buildings, including commercial, educational, and institutional. Design will include hydraulic computational analysis, seismic calculations, and piping according to code. This position is responsible for coordination in the field with other contractors to ensure efficiency of design. The position involves use of calculations, code research, CAD drafting, and product specifications.
    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Hydra-CAD, Auto Sprink
    • BS Degree in Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering/Fire Protection Engineering (preferred, not mandatory)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Ability to work under pressing deadlines

  • Plumbing Systems Designer
    The qualified candidate will be able to design plumbing systems per code in various types of new and existing building plans, including commercial, educational, and institutional. Design will include knowledge of plumbing fixture units, waste and water calculations, hydraulic analysis and piping according to code. This position is responsible for coordination in the field with other contractors to ensure efficiency of design. The position involves use of calculations, code research, CAD drafting, and product specifications.

    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, ABS
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Ability to work under pressing deadlines

  • HVAC Designer
    The qualified candidate will be able to design HVAC systems based on knowledge of commercial/industrial air handling units and chillers, coil system design, HVAC computational analysis and air flow according to code in various types of new and existing building plans, including commercial, educational, and institutional. This position is responsible for coordination in the field with other contractors to ensure efficiency of design. The position involves use of calculations, code research, CAD drafting, and product specifications.
    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, ABS
    • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred, not mandatory)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Ability to work under pressing deadlines

  • CAD Designer/Drafter
    The qualified candidate will be able to perform a wide range of CAD drafting tasks such as preparation of plans, layouts, assembly drawings, detail drawings, and sketches as directed by engineers. The position is responsible for the revision of existing drawings as required and correction of "As Built" drawings. The qualified candidate must be able to conceptualize, design, and communicate successfully in CAD using current industry standards.
    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Ability to work under pressing deadlines
    • High School Diploma
    • A.A.S. Degree in Mechanical/Civil Drafting or equivalent
    • Industry experience a plus
    • Have a full understanding of 2D and 3D CAD software, preferably AutoCAD 2004 or greater
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and have some database knowledge
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have good mathematical background to handle common calculations

  • Senior HVAC Engineer
    The qualified candidate will be able to design HVAC systems based on knowledge of commercial/industrial air handling units, chillers, coils, VAV systems, package and split system design, HVAC computational analysis, thermodynamic calculations, seismic calculations, and system flow according to code in various types of new and existing building plans, including commercial, educational, and institutional. Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC system design. Must have P.E. and be able to design systems, select systems, prepare plans, and have the ability to instruct staff and associates in the design process. DDC controls a plus. This position is responsible for coordination in the field with contractors to ensure efficiency of design. The position involves use of calculations, code research, CAD drafting, and product specifications.
    Requirements:

    • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering and PE
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Ability to work under pressing deadlines

  • Electrical Engineer
    The qualified candidate will be able to design electrical systems based on knowledge according to code in various types of new and existing building plans, including commercial, educational, and institutional. 2-3 years experience in Electrical and Fire alarm system design. Must be able to design systems, select systems and prepare plans. This position is responsible for coordination in the field with other contractors to ensure efficiency of design. The position involves use of calculations, code research, CAD drafting, and product specifications.
    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, ABS
    • BS degree in Electrical Engineering (certification preferred)
    • Desire to obtain PE a plus
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Ability to work under pressing deadlines
